About Us
We set up Get Fit Guernsey to become a hybrid between Personal Training and health clubs or gyms. Somewhere where people with common interests in losing weight or getting fit could come for fun social workouts, regardless of age, sex of fitness level.
The result of over 12 months hard work is a sociable fun fitness community where everyone gets along and works hard, helping and supporting each other reach their goals.
We over see and plan the workouts, but it is our campers that really make Get Fit Guernsey the successful, fun sociable fitness camp that it is.
Camp Times and Venues
Guernseys Most Flexible Camp!
With 20 camps per week we have times to suit anyone. Whether you are an early bird or prefer to workout later in the evening you can be sure there is a camp for you.
Camp Calendar
We operate with a 3 sometime 4 weeks on of training followed by a one or two week break depending on the length of the camp. The purpose of the break weeks is to prevent boredom and complacency setting in but most importantly to reduce the risk of injury as much as possible. One of the most common causes of injury in a fitness program is an over use injury caused by too much exercise without a break. Our carefully thought out training structure helps us guard against this sort of injury and ensure that our campers only get fitter and stronger, always moving forward and not going backwards.
