Paul Gosling runs Equilibrium, a massage providing service from St Sampsons and he has been in business since May 2010 after deciding to move into a career he felt passionate about.
To Paul, massage is about about a mixture of circumstances coming together to make the most beneficial and relaxing experience for you. He believe’s that no two massages are ever the same for reasons such as the individual’s skeletal structure, muscle mass, diet and emotional state.
These are just some of the conditions that he, as a massage therapist, has to be completely in tune with in order to offer individuals the best tailored massage experience he can. Paul offers massages for private individuals, corporate clients and sports persons. Each and every person who visits Paul has their own unique reasons for doing so and he see’s it as his duty to make their experience as beneficial and enjoyable as possible.

Bivouac camping will give you practical experience of bushcraft camping and survival skills.
Stream Walking up Guernsey’s picturesque south coast streams is the perfect adventure for young children, and a unique birthday party idea.
Kayaking – both adventures around Guernsey’s stunning coastline and skills training sessions are available.
Coasteering along the beautiful rocky shores is sure to get the adrenaline pumping!

With the help of FastCraft Sea School, we will be offering a ‘Rib and Rock Adventure’ – using a Rigid Inflatable Boat to access unique areas of Guernsey for coasteering and scrambling adventures.
We specialise in small groups, focussing on the individual needs of our participants. No prior experience is required and all safety equipment is provided.
Island Adventures is a British Canoe Union Accredited Provider, adhering to standards set by the Adventure Activity Licensing Regulations. We use fully qualified instructors who undergo enhanced police safety checks.
